Job Description
Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic Senior Tax Accountant to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US tax compliance, income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, and ASC 740 preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns for federal, state, and local jurisdictions
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Manage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing agreements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor' s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
- Experience with international tax compliance and transfer pricing is a plus
- Knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision preparation
