Job Description

Our client, a ' Top Workplace' award winner in the Design & Planning industry is seeking an experienced Payroll & Finance Coordinator to join its payroll team.
Role Overview:
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Partner with our People Operations team to resolve employee pay issues
  • Identify process gaps and lead process improvement
  • Develop ad hoc reporting for financial or operational purposes
  • Provide excellent customer service to our internal customers and third-party vendors

Minimum Qualifications
  • Three (3) or more years of payroll experience required
  • Knowledge of Federal and State payroll laws
  • Working knowledge of payroll and benefit best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail including keyed entry accuracy is critical

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor' s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
