This position will play an important role in managing assets within the company. Some of your responsibilities will include:* Provide reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual basis* Work with centralized database system to track project data* Analyze partnership data and perform risk rating analysis Ideal candidate will have:* Bachelor’ s degree with accounting, finance, real estate, property management or business major preferred* minimum 2 years of experience working with Section 42 (low income, tax credit) projects in the area of asset management or multi-family property management or development required. * A working understanding of compliance and limited partnership agreements and the ability to identify and verbalize issues with the partners is strongly preferred. Currently has or has the ability to receive LIHTC Compliance Certification* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a heavy emphasis on Excel and Word. * Up to 25% travel with some overnight. Some overtime is required periodically throughout the year.
