This is a crucial strategic hire for their team. They' re looking for a true leader, innovator, and coach. Someone that can understand their products, clients, and deliverable abilities at a granular level and lead the way forward. This is a true strategy role and will drive organizational change and operational excellence for a $400M business unit that includes several of its flagship brands. This position will have P&L ownership, as well, so must be able to partner with finance to plan and achieve long-range targets.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering or Manufacturing, along with some level of technical/mechanical/electrical acumen needed to understand their products and solutions.
Very strong comp package for this level that will include a salary in the $200’ s with a bonus and LTIP.
