Exciting opportunity for experienced Call Center Director

The ideal candidate will have formalized training in running a Call Center and have proven success in operating a multi-site operation. The approach needs to be as though you are starting from scratch and you will be building the call center from the ground up. You must have strong written and communication skills as you will work with IT to help you develop policies and procedures, drive efficiencies and automate the process.
Mandatory Requirements include:
- Bachelor’ s Degree in business related field or related experience
- 5-7 years leading a support/contact center
- 5-7 years management experience
