Job Description

  Our client is a leader in their industry and has been in business for over 50 years.   As they continue to grow they would like to build a world class Call Center.   You will be responsible for approximately 35 Call Center agents spread out among six locations.  (Currently all agents are working from home) These agents have varying levels of experience ranging from basic customer service to specialist.
The ideal candidate will have formalized training in running a Call Center and have proven success in operating a multi-site operation.   The approach needs to be as though you are starting from scratch and you will be building the call center from the ground up.   You must have strong written and communication skills as you will work with IT to help you develop policies and procedures, drive efficiencies and automate the process.   
Mandatory Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in business related field or related experience
  • 5-7 years leading a support/contact center
  • 5-7 years management experience
