You'll be a key player in ensuring the integrity of the company's financial records. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Assisting with timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing and reviewing journal entries and other accounting transactions.
- Contributing to the improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong grasp of General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
